Out's all about its latest "Hot List." I would hate to be under someone as cold as Kelis (what year is this?), but I'd be happy to be on top of or under Jonathan Groff, the insanely talented and cute (and convincingly straight, when need be) actor who's currently on Glee. He's in at #3 (pictured above). 

Same goes for Theo Alexander, a hot new addition to True Blood who'll be playing gay on the vampire series, which definitely doesn't suck (pictured below):
