DADT discharges will halt until the Department of Justice's (unfortunate) appeal of the Log Cabin Republicans' case is resolved. So I believe that means...DADT is dunzo until that appeal's decided or until the Senate votes it out of existence, whichever comes first. (I believe this includes the status of any stay that's granted, however.)
