Rand Paul's new ad in the Kentucky Senate race makes use of a(n uncanny) Barack Obama voice impersonator. Quite the gimmick. But as effective as that may or may not be...why would Jack Conway's incoming call actually be from "Jenny" of Tommy Tutone fame?

I hope Tutone's Tommy Heath isn't a teabagger. But if someone from the Velvet Underground can be, I guess all bets are off!
