Madonna looked pretty great at Oprah's big send-off speaking with Extra, yet for about three seconds—when asked to describe what it is about Oprah that "captivates everybody from Madonna to the regular mom in the Midwest"—Madonna makes a series of exaggerated faces that will haunt me:
