If Gov. Rick Perry's MANIC speech (or was it just drugs?) in New Hampshire does not become his Howard Dean scream, there really is no justice in the world. This is not presidential, this is not normal by any stretch. Politics aside here, people, SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS DUDE...
