Sher Valenzuela is the GOP postergirl for "We Built This," an entire meme built around a deliberate misquote from an Obama speech. In reality, President Obama was stressing the role of the government in helping businesses, but the GOP has zeroed in on the fractional comment "you didn't build this" and used it to imply the Obama Administration is at war with small business owners.
