With thanks to Vladimir: Vitaly Milonov is a Putinisto, and the author of that horrendous anti-gay law over in Russia. He's also Madonna's #1 anti-fan after her brave show of support for Russia's LGBT community.

I'm not saying all homophobes are gay people who are tortured about it inside, but the picture above shows Milonov now and how he looked 20-30 years ago. I mean...that's family, straight up.
