I thought Beyoncé's half-time show was very good—she sang well, danced even better and pleased by reuniting with Destiny's other Children. It might be the second best I've seen—and we all know which one was the first.

As for criticisms, I'd have to say her choreography was familiar and the barrage-style medleys were a bit of an assault after a while. And overall, there just wasn't a concept. It was simply Beyoncé quickly performing as many of her hits as she could.

But it was done with style and energy and was further proof that Beyoncé is the performer of her generation.

(P.S. I'd love to know how quickly Madonna would have been drawn and quartered had she worn as revealing an outfit as Beyoncé did, or if she'd suggestively touched herself as B did.)
