ABOVE: Living legend Rep. John Lewis (D-Georgia), the last surviving March on Washington speaker, told NBC News' Meet the Press it will be hard having a relationship with Trump because:
I don't see this president-elect as a legitimate president... I think the Russians participated in helping this man get elected. And they helped destroy the candidacy of Hillary Clinton.
Lewis based his comment on the well-documented Russian interference in the U.S. election., a fact Trump denied until recently, when he admitted they probably interfered — but that it made no difference.
Like the child he is, Trump tweeted a response worthy of a Valley girl (it ends with Sad!), saying Lewish should spend more time working on his district.
For his part, liberal lion Lewis — who has attended evvery swearing-in since he was (legitimately) elected — is skipping Trump's inauguration:
You cannot be at home with something that you feel is wrong, is not right.
