The premise is that Ken owns every TV Guide from around 1985 to 1995 (“Frank Costanza” would scoff at such a paltry collection, but it's substantial to us civilians). He has someone leaf through his collection and write down everything they would like to watch in prime time (8 to 10PM), then he does a podcast with that person discussing their choices.

Best of all, Reid has attracted TV veterans like Melanie Chartoff (Remember Fridays???) and SNL's Laraine Newman for celebrity editions.
