I Am A Fugitive From A Chain Letter: Amazing, Art-Filled, Name-Droppy 1990s Chain Letter Comments (0)
  Chain-Letter-1 Chain-Letter-2 Chain-Letter-3 Chain-Letter-4 Chain-Letter-5 Chain-Letter-6 Chain-Letter-7 Chain-Letter-8 Chain-Letter-9 Chain-Letter-10 Chain-Letter-11 Chain-Letter-12 Chain-Letter-13 Chain-Letter-14 Chain-Letter-15 Chain-Letter-16 Chain-Letter-17 Chain-Letter-18 Chain-Letter-19 Chain-Letter-20 Chain-Letter-21 Chain-Letter-22 Chain-Letter-23 Chain-Letter-24 Chain-Letter-25 Chain-Letter-26 Chain-Letter-27 Chain-Letter-28 Chain-Letter-29 Chain-Letter-30 Chain-Letter-31 Chain-Letter-32 Chain-Letter-33 Chain-Letter-34 Chain-Letter-35 Chain-Letter-36A Chain-Letter-36B Chain-Letter-37A Chain-Letter-38A Chain-Letter-39A Chain-Letter-40A Chain-Letter-41A Chain-Letter-41B Chain-Letter-42A Chain-Letter-43A Chain-Letter-44A Chain-Letter-45A Chain-Letter-46A Chain-Letter-46B Chain-Letter-47A Chain-Letter-48A Chain-Letter-49A Chain-Letter-50A Chain-Letter-51A

The pages are especially worth a look if you're a comic strip/sci fi fan...mouse over them to see what number they are.

Chain-Letter-6I've held onto the hastily Xeroxed (and re-Xeroxed...and re-Xeroxed) pages of this 60-page chain letter for over 20 years, at first because it's filled with interesting names and drawings (again, not originals...dammit!) by famous artists, and then later because the very concept of a physical chain letter has become so antiquated.

The letters include everyone from Bette Midler to Goldie Hawn, from the late wife of Ricardo Montalban to JFK's press secretary, from publisher Joni Evans to the Hollywood Reporter's George Christy. To me, it's fascinating.

Check out the pages in the gallery above, and some notes on the pages below...

There is no link between 36A and 35, so the chain (in my possession) is broken. Of all the following letters, only 36A & 36B, 41A & 41B and 46A & 46B are connected to each other. The others are stand-alones. I'm not sure why I would not have any connections between them, but since quite a few have famous names.
