Kim Davis belongs in a mental institution, or at the very least the unemployment line. I do not understand how, after having her appeals denied all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court, she is able to continue going to work and refusing to perform her job? 

I realize suits are pending, but shouldn't the state take action to remove her from office immediately?
