The Attorneys General of Florida and Texas are both dirty when it comes to the Trump University fraud lawsuit.

Florida's outrageously partisan, incompetent AG Pam Bondi wasn't even slick about it:

Florida's attorney general personally solicited a political contribution from Donald Trump around the same time her office deliberated joining an investigation of alleged fraud at Trump University and its affiliates

The new disclosure from Attorney General Pam Bondi's spokesman to the Associated Press on Monday provides additional details around the unusual circumstances of Trump's $25,000 donation to Bondi.

The money came from a Trump family foundation in apparent violation of rules surrounding political activities by charities. A political group backing Bondi's re-election, called And Justice for All, reported receiving the check Sept. 17, 2013 — four days after Bondi's office publicly announced she was considering joining a New York state probe of Trump University's activities. 

After the check came in, Bondi's office nixed suing Trump, citing insufficient grounds to proceed.

When it comes to Texas, where everything—including corruption—is bigger, then-AG Greg Abbott dropped the suit against Trump U ... and Trump magically supported Abbott for governor. He won:

“The decision not to sue him was political,” John Owens told the Dallas Morning News. “Had [Trump] not been involved in politics to the extent he was at the time, we would have gotten approval. Had he been just some other scam artist, we would have sued him.”

People who feign deep concern that Hillary Clinton is untrustworthy and on the take over ridiculous things like regrettably using a private e-mail server (thus breaking the rules that every other SOS had been breaking, plus one new one) or like GASP accepting pay to speak at financial institutions are just anti-Democratic or anti-Hillary. The shit Trump has gotten up to is straight-up corruption and graft.

It's not a case of Hillary being less corrupt, it's a case of viewing Hillary's ever move through a prism of corruption and accepting Trump's many shady maneuvers as if it were business as usual.
