Pastor Mark Burns, a black Donald Trump surrogate (who dutifully uses the phrase “Democrat Party” every chance he gets) tweeted an image of Hillary Clinton in blackface to make his point that Democrats take black people for granted, and has insincerely apologized. The CNN anchor above really lets him have it without going overboard.
