This totally non-nude, nonsexual self-portrait was just removed by instagram for "violating" their community guidelines. This kind of censorship is completely egregious! Ive read the guidelines carefully and there's no justification for this. Some may point out the folds in my shorts are suggestive of the presence of a dick, but how is that wrong, especially in a non sexual manner? I am not touching myself or posing suggestively. I am not hard, you cannot see the outline of my dick and I cannot help that I was blessed a large package that always creates a bulge. Furthermore, i'm wearing shorts, not underwear, which by the way is also allowed in all of its intrinsic bulging variations. So I do not understand why it was removed. Thus, I am reposting this image to all my social media accounts with an overlay of the removal notification to point out this nonsensical censorship and add my voice to the argument that this kind of blind censorship is not only unnecessary but sends the destructive message that nudity is wrong, even suggested nudity, that we should be ashamed of who we are and how we appear. I implore @instagram to take a better look at what they're claiming violates anything. What do you think?
