United, you really should have kept raising the $$$ until someone volunteered to get off that flight. The lost revenue is going to be in the millions, not to even mention the settlement with the doctor, who now is alleged to have suffered a concussion, a broken nose requiring reconstructive surgery (which will be easy to verify when he undergoes it) and two missing teeth.
