A gay couple's home in Chicago's Lincoln Square area was defaced with graffiti declaring them to be anti-white and calling them cucks, a common slur among Trump's supporters and other white supremacists.

They decided to use the graffiti as an example, and they seem to be more invigorated than ever to fight back ...

The men covered the graffiti, but posted signs declaring their opposition to the hate:

We are an openly gay couple, and I think it’s important to be out and proud about a variety of things, and I think in our political climate it’s even more important to show people that we won’t be quiet ...I think it was very healing to get rid of it, but I think it was, it's still on our mind. It’s very scary; we feel real uneasy tonight.

They're to be commended for speaking so openly about what happened, since whoever did it is still out there and could return.
