Lance Bass gave TMZ an exclusive rant about the moronic FDA ban on blood donations from gay men.
Currently, gay men who've had sex in the past year can't give blood. Of course, you can lie, and as Lance points out, does lying mean the blood would be treated any differently? Or not tested?
