In response to Congress passing the FOSTA Act Wednesday — which is intended to allow victims of sex trafficking to sue websites that allow sex trafficking ads on their sites — Craigslist has done away with all personal ads.

The site explained that “any tool or service can be misused,” but decided not to risk its many other offerings.

The act is ridiculous, and makes it even harder for sex work between consenting adults to exist. How does Seeking Arrangment exist?
