Have you seen 100 Men on Netflix?
The doc, by director Paul Oremland, follows the filmmaker as he talks about — and sometimes to — 100 men he had sex with over the years. It winds up being a fairly free-form review of British gay history and of Western gay history overall.
Lots of it is fun as hell, but there are also intense quotes like this:
I was cruising one night ... in the '80s, and I remember watching this man, he must've been about 75, even 80, trying to run across Clapham Common, this gay old man, chased by a police van that was hunting him for sport.
Also of note, it touches generously on the history of gay-smut publishing.
Trailer after the jump if you require more temptation ...
I found it to be fairly appealing meld of eroticism and nostalgia and gay rights.
