Curiously, Milla Jovovich posted images from a new Vogue Germany spread in which she says she is:

... sharing the pages with some amazing and brave young people who are transitioning in the #LGBTQ community ...

Front and center is Madonna's daughter Lourdes. Lola has never been identified as a member of the LGBTQ community, or as transitioning. After consulting with fellow Madonna-watchers (and, by extension, Lola-watchers), we think she means literally some of the people are LGBTQ/transitioning, not all.
