Jeff Amyx of Tennessee posted a NO GAYS ALLOWED sign in 2015 in his hardware store, but took it down. This week, emboldened by the Masterpiece Cakeshop SCOTUS decision, he put it back up.

The USA Today video report on this is maddening. This ignoramus thinks he has a right to refuse service to gay people — but he doesn't. When human rights activists reacted negatively to the SCOTUS decision, it was pointed out that the decision wsa actually very narrow, not coming close to establishing a right to refuse service to gay people across the board, but those of us with a brain in our heads knew the decision would nonetheless send a message.

Laughably, he says he changed to sign to a more generic one about refusing service, thinking the problem was the bluntness of his words, not the content of his policy.

Message received by this hick and his bonehead neighbors. Just listen to the old biddies agreeing with his right to do it. One of them states:

We don't have to agree on everything.

See, my rights are not up for debate, nor should her rights as a woman or as a white person or as a fucking ignorant hick. Her friend calls the man brave.

These people are racist goons. We don't need to embrace or understand Trump voters, we need to outmaneuver and quash them, simple as that.
