Sing Out, Louise! is an LGBTQ+ singing group of activists from the groups Gays Against Guns, the Women's March, Rise and Resist, and Moms Demand Action ... so it makes perfect sense their first music video to encourage voting would be Madonna-themed ...

Madonna herself used this song to encourage voting back in the '90s, though it was later discovered she hadn't even bothered to register or vote herself! She apologized and did another ad for voting, and has been voting ever since: 

The latter features Madonna's outer-borough persona and jabs at Kenny G and Cher and even MTV itself.
