TOWLEROAD: Chris Pratt is talking more and more about his Evangelical church, Hillsong, including raving about its pastor on The Late Show. So is it time he is called out on the church's anti-LGBTQ stances? Or does that mean we can't like anyone who is, for one example, Catholic, either? Kudos, either way, to Ellen Page — once she came out as a lesbian, she has not relented in being political and asking uncomfortable questions.
MEDIUM: Jeff Bezos of Amazon has published communications between AMI's National Enquirer and himself that expose the company's intent to blackmail him over a dick pic and other compromising photos. In the Medium post, entitled No thank you, Mr. Pecker, Bezos details Pecker's despicable threats even though the emails reveal embarrassing personal information about Bezos and his affair with Lauren Sanchez. AMI needs to be brought down.

HUFF POST: Chief Justice Roberts joined with the Court's liberals to put a halt to Louisiana's new abortion law, which would require providers to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals (and sneakily cut the number of legal providers). We are one liberal Justice away from literally any anti-abortion laws being rubber-stamped.

NYT: Cindy McCain told a yarn about personally helping to stop human trafficking at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix. She told KTAR News 92.3 FM:
I spotted — it looked odd — it was a woman of a different ethnicity than the child, this little toddler she had. Something didn’t click with me. I tell people to trust your gut. I went over to the police and told them what I thought. They went over and questioned her and, by God, she was trafficking that kid.
Well, by God, she was lying through her teeth. The Phoenix Police Department confirmed no trafficking had occurred. And how odd that white McCain, who adopted a daughter from Bangladesh, was so ignorant about parents and children sharing an ethnicity.
For what it’s worth, I’d watch a Gorilla Channel.
