Madonna now has 48 #1 hits on Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart, thanks to “I Rise” from Madame X. It's her eighth in a row (her longest streak). “Holiday”/“Lucky Star” (her first #1 on the chart) and “Music” remain her longest-running chart-toppers (five weeks; shocking that “Vogue” only mustered two).

One of my very favorites of her #1s has to be “Causing a Commotion,” a song robbed of a #1 peak on the Hot 100. It's a sensational song, and one I wish she would revisit:
