More of Him HERE!

Q: Do you believe people can change?

A: I absolutely believe that people can change, but they have to really want to change. They either have to have enough pain (emotional, spiritual or physical) to want to make the change.

Q: Who's your favorite person of all time?

A: My favorite person is my mother. She has taught me so many things and is always been there to lift me up. She taught me what unconditional love truly is.

Q: Is family important to you? Do you spend time with them?

A: Family is the most important thing for me. Above anything in the world. I don’t spend as much time with my family as I wish because we all live in different parts of the world, but I see them as often as I can.

Q: Any causes you support?

A: I support drug and alcohol addiction awareness and helping people beat their addiction. I also support animal rescue, especially dogs.

Q: Have you changed your daily habits to support the environment?

A: Yes, I have. I believe in karma and treating the environment right falls into that category. Karmic energy.

Q: Are you currently in a relationship? What do you value

A: I just broke up with my ex, but I believe God has a plan and I’m taking this time to grow and work on myself and my career.

Q: What do you do in order to stay energetic and happy during the quarantine?

A: I stick to a schedule and I make sure that I work out every day until I’m exhausted, and I call my family and friends everyday to check in. I am also working on a lot of new projects that I will do when this is all over.

Q: Can you think of anything that might work even better during the period we stay home?

A: Prayer, meditation, exercise, writing our goals for the future that are so big they scare you, eating healthy, drinking a lot of water and having fun.

Q: How do you work out at home?

A: I do work out at home. I’ve been running 10 miles a day and riding my bike, as well. I’ve been doing a lot of the training I used to do in college when I played football. I miss the gym for sure, but a true champion can adapt to any situation or circumstance and make the best of it.

Q: Staying home can make us eat more than usual. Any tips to avoid gaining weight?

A: Yes! Have a schedule on your phone with alarms to tell you when to eat and have a nutrition plan mapped out so you eat exactly what you are supposed to when you are supposed to which will help you avoid snacking and overeating. But also, I recommend enjoying some yummy food in moderation from time to time.

Q: What is your favorite uplifting movie and TV series?

A: Favorite uplifting movie is definitely Rocky. My favorite show right now is Peaky Blinders.
