Canada's BC Centre for Disease Control has issued a number of recommendations related to having sex during the COVID-19 pandemic, and reading about them might make you horny.
First thing it gets right:
Sex can be very important for mental, social and physical well-being; it is a part of everyday life. People can, will and should continue to have sex during the COVID-19 pandemic. Messages that discourage or shame people from sexual contact can be harmful and may discourage people from seeking essential sexual health services.
Also, the experts wisely advise skipping sex altogether if you feel at all unwell.
The next best option is jacking off.
Next, we are advised to engage in virtual sex:
Video dates, phone chats, sexting, online chat rooms and group cam rooms ...
But if you're gonna do it, they advise sticking to one partner or using a barrier:
... like walls (e.g., glory holes), that allow for sexual contact but prevent close face-to-face contact.
It's funny, but it's also sound advice, and would that the United States were less puritanical and more sex-positive, especially in times like these.
