I thought Biden was supposed to be a gaffe machine, and yet here — weeks from the election — we have Sen. Lindsey Graham stating, unequivocally:

I care about everybody. If you're a young African-American, an immigrant, you can go anywhere in [South Carolina] — you just need to be conservative, not liberal.
