Giuliani claims that infamous scene in Borat Subsequent Moviefilm was completely fabricated, and that he was merely tucking in his shirt — not fondling himself in front of a very young woman with whom he was alone in a hotel room.

Now, Sacha Baron Cohen is speaking out, and it's savage:
