Pete Buttigieg, 39, and Chasten Buttigieg, 32, recently announced they were becoming parents — and now they're announcing the birth of twins, a boy (Joseph August) and a girl (Penelope Rose).

These are the first children for the Secretary of Transportation and former 2020 presidential candidate.

The couple met on Hinge in 2015, so ... there's hope, Miss Lonelyhearts.
