Chris Cuomo, CNN's top anchor, has been ousted for his admitted role in attempting to help his beleaguered brother, Andrew Cuomo, who was in the midst of a sexual harassment scandal. Gov. Cuomo wound up quitting over that, and now Cuomo — indefinitely suspended last week — has been fired.

CNN also alluded to other malfeasance, without spilling the beans on what else came up.

Cuomo, for his part, is framing it all as family over all, but that could take a hit if the other allegations CNN hints at prove damaging.

I'm all for firing people who misbehave, but we have CNN canning Chris Cuomo for inappropriately helping his brother BTS, yet FOX and OANN and Newsmax encourage their on-air personalities to recklessly compare Democrats to Hitler, lie about the efficacy of the life-saving COVID-19 vaccine and pretend Trump didn't really lose the election.
