On July 18, Outfest's Fellas That Were in the Mood shorts program (catchy title) will feature the debut of a new comedy series by Frank Arthur Smith, who produced, wrote and stars in Open to It. The series features RDR names Honey Davenport, Laganja Estranja, Manila Luzon and Pandora Boxx.

It also features Boy Culture: The Series star Jason Caceres!
