NYT: Quite simply, yes: “Let's Say Gay.”
WAPO: “Two years later, I realize I didn't go far enough. Trump is an unparalleled danger.” Bob Woodward is reassessing his already negative assessment of Donald Trump after re-listening to interviews he conducted with the Orange Menace. In an op-ed, he helpfully summarizes why Trump is a tremendous threat to our republic. You can listen to all 20 interviews here, once The Trump Tapes is released. Trump, of course, has vowed to sue ... for something.
Excerpt from the Woodward article, where Trump says why he knows better than the CIA about Kim Jong-un: “Chemistry. You meet somebody and you have good chemistry. You meet a woman - in one second you know whether or not it’s all gonna happen.” (Audio) pic.twitter.com/y0E8nD2Qwe

TECHDIRT: I was hoping maybe the feds would halt Musk's acquisition of Twitter, but we are like four days away from him owning the platform and making it a fascist bastion. I don't want to enrich him, I don't want to throw in the towel. It's like I'm starving and Chick-Fil-A is the only option.
Oh, and because Palin is Palin, she wore a goddamned iron cross to this event! (Image via Instagram)
MUST READ ALASKA (RIGHT-WING SITE): A new poll shows Sarah Palin will almost certainly lose in her bid for an Alaskan congressional seat, because her Republican challenger Mark Begich has pulled ahead of her. The poll finds that a Democrat, Mary Peltola, would be the likely winner. Ranked-choice voting and two Republicans refusing to concede has made Peltola, who is Indigenous and is the (barely, thanks to a recent special election) incumbent, the slight favorite to win. She has, however, like many Dems in recent polling, steadily lost support.
Oddly enough, Peltola has been endorsed by Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski (and Peltola returned the favor) ... and even Sarah Palin has said she will rank Peltola second after herself in ranked-choice voting. Palin despises Begich THAT MUCH.
POLITICO: Rishi Sunak — not Boris Johnson 2.0 — will become England's third PM in seven weeks.
NEWSWEEK: Is Beto O'Rourke actually surging into a statistical tie with odious Gov. Abbott in Texas? The Houston Chronicle (biggest paper in the state) has endorsed Beto.
EXTRATV: Cardi B was ticked off by Madonna claiming credit for paving the way for her (which wasn't a lie), so Madonna called her up and they're buddies again.
PEOPLE: We are seriously at a point where we need the Kardashians to save us from Kanye West's anti-Semitism, which is tolerated because he's a “genius” musician.
