SALON: Bubba Copeland, an Alabama mayor and minister, was outed by the right-wing site 1819 as a crossdresser (or possibly trans). He had begged the site not to out him, and responded to the outing by shooting himself to death in front of police.

HUFF POST: As the horrors of what Hamas did on October 7 come out, and are verified, it feels like some of the people who are more focused on freeing Palestine (which could be argued to mean the destruction of Israel) won't even believe the reality. It also feels like no one is ready to believe Hamas's claims of the Palestinian death count. Reality just isn't what it used to be.
