POLITICO: Colorado's Supreme Court has ruled that, as an insurrectionist, Trump is ineligible to be on the state's ballot for POTUS. If the Supreme Court upholds the ruling, it would apply to all 50 states. I would imagine the ideological makeup of the Court means that won't happen, considering Colorado's Supreme Court is all Democrats and voted in favor of this 4-3.

POLITICO: Rep. Adam Schiff (D-California) has a clear lead in his state's Senate race, but Republican Steve Garvey, about to turn 75 by the way, for all those right-wingers who hate old folks, is second, tied with Dems Katie Porter and Barbara Lee, also both sitting members of Congress. I hope as time goes on, one Dem candidate will be allowed the space to take this seat. it would be really dangerous to put a beloved sports figure like Garvey into a position where he has a real possibility of snatching a Senate seat in blue California.
