GR8ERDAYS: Sad to read that Barbara Rush has died at 97. There is a rapidly dwindling number of true Golden Age stars, and she was definitely one of them. Incredibly, she made her stage debut in 1937 and her last screen appearance in 2017 — an 80-year span. She was in the incredible sci-fi classic It Came from Outer Space, among many other movies and TV series, and that film has another survivor, actress Kathleen Hughes (who is 95).
