SPIN CYCLE: Here comes Homos! — don't knock it till you've tried it.

NPR: The latest poll has mixed news for Biden, but takeaways include: He's slightly improved his performance since the debate and is ahead (within the margin of error). Also, in a finding that contradicts other polls, Biden is among the Democrats who perform best against Trump, with Harris matching him. Trump and Biden are tied among people who will definitely vote, 45-45. Young people are more likely to favor third-party candidates ... but young people are the least likely to vote.

Polls have been out of whack lately (Dems have been outperforming them), but for those who say Biden can't win, we have plenty of reason to believe he absolutely can. There is also the power of incumbency, a raft of good news about the economy and the fact that at least some states (Nevada) will have abortion rights on the ballot in November, which can only help Biden.

Abortion-question states are:

Arizona (a blue-leaning swing state with a Democratic governor)

Arkansas (red) — this isn't confirmed, and is so far a no-go

Colorado (blue)

Florida (red)

Maryland (blue)

Missouri (red)

Montana (red)

Nebraska (red, but don't forget that Omaha vote we need)

Nevada (a swing state)

New York (blue)

South Dakota (red)

I think Nevada and especially Arizona are going blue with abortion on the ballot, making Trump's path to 270 harder. It's really all going to be about Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. (Gee, I'm sick of that always being the case.)

INSTAGRAM: Oh, Mary! is a hysterically funny play (review here), and it's now bowed on Broadway. Writer and star Cole Escola gave a typically LOL speech after opening night last night:

HOLLYWOOD SHOW: I've only been to one autograph show in the past four years, but goddamn, the Hollywood Show just scored Ann Jillian.

AUDIBLE: There is a new eight-episode doc called Pulse: The Untold Story, which points out that the terrorist wasn't gay, and that the FBI may have pushed that narrative to cover up its own failure to stop the mass murder.
