Classic trolling (Image via Twitter)
TWITTER: It's hard to be fat.
KENNETH IN THE (212): All in a row.

POLITICO: Even Alberto Gonzales, who was one of the arch-villains of the Bush years, thinks it's Kamala Harris or bust when it comes to U.S. democracy. It is a bit unsettling to have so many right-wingers on board with Kamala, and yet I have a bit of joy knowing that in order to gain this support, Harris does not have to move rightward. She is gaining this support because Trump went so far right it has blown these people's minds, so much so they're happy to instead support a traditional Democrat.
EXTRATV: Lesbian Chappell Roan won Best New Artist at the MTV VMAs last night. GLAAD sez:
Chappell Roan is one of today’s most talented and adored music stars and her dedication of her Best New Artist win at the MTV Video Music Awards to drag artists, queer and trans people, namely queer youth in the Midwest, is a crucial moment as it puts our community front and center on a global stage. Roan's words on the VMA stage have the potential to reach an audience who may be less familiar with the LGBTQ community. It's truly inspiring to see that along her meteoric rise to stardom, Chappell Roan is proud to show her identity as a queer woman in music and is also deeply committed to uplifting voices from all parts of the LGBTQ community.
Roan has been making a lot of noise lately about not wanting fans to approach her, so Plane Jane — in Chappell drag — did this:

I am not sure if Chappell and her fans have a sense of humor, but we'll find out.
PEOPLE: Katy Perry says LGBTQ+ people taught her to be both “kind and cunt.” Taylor Swift agrees.
INSTAGRAM: Sabrina Carpenter showed up to the MTV VMAs in Madonna's 1991 dress! (There is some discrepancy over whether this is THE dress, or an exact copy made at the same time from Tab Vintage.)
NEW JERSEY GLOBE: Garden State Equality, an LGBTQ+ group, is endorsing Andy Kim over out gay Curtis Bradshaw for the U.S. Senate. This is supposed to be some kind of surprise, even though Bradshaw is, after all, a Republican. Republicans are inherently terrible on gay rights, yet the Globe writes:
Bashaw, a hotel developer, lives in Cape May County with his husband Will and is — naturally — a supporter of gay rights.
News for the journalists — being gay and saying you're for gay rights does not negate your party's platform. A meekly pro-gay gay in the Senate who is voting with Republicans doesn't help LGBTQ+ people an inch. P.S. He has no chance against Kim in New Jersey.
QUEERTY: Gay men in long-term relationships reveal just how often they have sex.
OMG.BLOG!: Pamela Anderson talks about The Last Showgirl, which may be her Hustlers.
HUFF POST: A nonprofit that isn't allowed to endorse in political elections has done just that — and they're against Kamala Harris.
THR: Kathy Griffin is unrepentant.
VIMEO: The Summer with Carmen looks like it has its good points. The film arrives on DVD October 15.
