WSJ: Many big-name companies are retreating from past pro-LGBTQ+-rights stances.
THE GUARDIAN: Dave Rubin, formerly of the popular gay The Six Pack radio show (2009-2012) with Ben Harvey — and now an outrageously right-wing stooge and multi-millionaire because of it — is one of the talent whose Tenet Media host is alleged to have been directly paid by Russia to spread disinformation in the U.S.
I knew Dave personally, though not well, and it shocks me to this day what a little fascist he became.
POLITICO: Hunter Biden pleads guilty setting him up to be sentenced ... in December. Well after the election. I look forward to Biden fully pardoning him after it no longer matters.
NYT: Allan Litchtman, the so-called prophet of presidential elections, has made his decision — he believes Kamala Harris will win in 60 days. And she's threatening people?! (Image via Facebook)
CNN: Father of Colt Gray, 14-year-old alleged school shooter, admits he gave his son a weapon for Christmas. Gray used it to slaughter classmates. Dad just got arrested. WSB-TV, local Georgia media outlet, initially IDed a Black victim of the shooting as the shooter.
Note that the alleged shooter's auntie is defending him as someone who had to put up with oh-so-very-much at school.

DETROIT NEWS: A judge who was privately proud of being a self-proclaimed racist got caught.
THR: Incredibly, one of the producers of the 1945 film Blithe Spirit died just a few weeks back. Norman Spencer, who also produced or coproduced Summertime (1955), The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957), Suddenly, Last Summer (1959), Lawrence of Arabia (1962), Vanishing Point (1971) and Cry Freedom (1987), died August 16 — three days after turning 110. That makes him one of a handful of human beings to become a supercentenarian and to be well-known for something other than simply his age. He had been the oldest man in London, and the second-oldest man in the U.K.
YOUTUBE: Liz Cheney is as right-wing as they come. Or as right-wing as they used to come! And she just endorsed VP Harris for POTUS:
