Beyoncé's long-awaited appearance on a stage with VP Kamala Harris happened Friday in her hometown of Houston, where Willie Nelson played her on and Kelly Rowland introduced her.
Beyoncé looked beautiful and serious and, yes, seriously beautiful, as she delivered an impassioned, highly personal speech about the importance of coalescing around Harris, a candidate whose push for unity clearly attracts her, as does Harris's historic presence as a Black woman on the verge of being elected POTUS.

VP Harris's speech was highly focused on reproductive freedom, which will — if she wins — likely go down as a decisive factor in that we-hope victory.
