BOYCULTURE SUBSTACK: RIP Gavin Creel. The Broadway star and Tony winner, who was out and proud and just an all-around nice guy, died Monday after a short battle with an aggressive and rare form of cancer. I posted my full 2011 interview with him in his memory.

INSTAGRAM: I will always dig Angie Dickinson, who is 93 today. Not TOO many people running around who were starring in films as far back as the '50s, and heading up a TV show 50 years ago. Also, in the above clip, Angie briefly states she regrets having done Police Woman, but in a very clear-eyed, non-whiny way — she simply was able to look back at it and realize it was four years gone from her life when she could have done other things. I don't think she is against the content of the show, though.
HUFF POST: Obscenely, Trump is blatantly lying that the Biden Administration is not working hard to help those affected by Helene. Insane that this monster is close to the White House at all.
TWITTER: Good to know that Trump believes cellphones must be plugged in or they won't work. His lack of comprehending the concept of charging is similar to that of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Georgia), who thinks electric cars are gas guzzlers.
TWITTER: Kamala Harris was amazing on the podcast All the Smoke, on which she reiterated that she wants pot legalized, and more interestingly she spoke out about raising kids in a blended family. I found this so touching and real:
VP Kamala Harris shined on Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson’s All The Smoke podcast. Her words on how to raise kids in blended families are words to live by. pic.twitter.com/X0vqzKUcAH
