Trump: That’s a good question. I was thinking about it just now… how long he would be doing it. pic.twitter.com/eIp9eLbbPH
THE GUARDIAN: Trump claims there are MANY people past age 100 receiving Social Security, going so far as to say a 360-year-old is getting it. Social Security began in 1935, so I kinda-sorta doubt a 270-year-old signed up then and has escaped notice until DOGE.
We all know that is a lie. Yes, there are people who cheat Social Security, but due to safeguards, they are going to be few and far between — and many are caught and prosecuted.
JOE.MY.GOD.: Trump says Zelekskyy CAUSED the war with Russia. Even Fox News is like NAH.
VANITY FAIR: Privately, Republican lawmakers fear if they cross Trump IN ANY WAY, he could incite violence against them and their families. Um, so, get rid of him?
TIME: Blue states continue to bail out red states. Let's get a fucking divorce, and we can fight over the wayward kids that are Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.
THE AP: Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) won't seek re-election in 2026. Kentucky's wildly popular DEM Gov. Andy Beshear, I hear a symphony.
TWITTER: Okay, I'm listening, Gov. Hochul:
TWITTER: Fired FAA employee who was working on national-security issue of detecting incoming missiles in Hawaii was abruptly fired this week. He urges Americans to be “concerned,” and volunteers he is “scared to death” by what the random firings will mean for U.S. security.
