FAULT: The White Lotus heartthrob Arnas Federavicius poses provocatively for Fault, and talks about all the (gay) thirst:
I find it funny, honestly. The costume for my opening scene wasn’t even planned — it was added last minute, and I immediately saw what they were going for. I’ve experienced that kind of attention in my life before, not in a negative way, but it’s amusing. It’s part of the character, and you just roll with it. That being said, I’ve been receiving a lot of interesting messages since the show aired. Some are funny, some are flattering, and some are… a bit much! But at the end of the day, I take it all with a sense of humour. I understand that it’s part of the industry, and as long as it stays respectful, I don’t mind embracing that aspect of Valentin’s character.

YOUTUBE: Sam Nivola chats with Jimmy Fallon about that White Lotus finale:
I thought it and the whole season were okay. My reservations: I hated that Nivola's character explained he was just a people person, nor did I like the dirty blender (which I had interpreted as him sneaking the alcoholic leftovers, but which apparently was supposed to be him using his brother's extra protein — nudge-nudge). I didn't love the big tease about him dying, in particular because it really felt like the show was building so much sympathy for his character's white-collar criminal dad, who changes for the better (and that never happens — Bernie Madoff didn't change, y'all). I was really resentful that Parker Posey — having had an amazing scene with her (non-credibly) suddenly bougie daughter — was not really given a final beat or speech. I also felt Walton Goggins as the shooter was a bit on the money, and when he initially confronted his dad's killer it was instantly obvious (right?) that was his dad. The slut insult also solidified it. Aside from those complaints, it was all beautifully acted, and while it was slow compared to other seasons, I still think it's a terrific show and absolutely admire Mike White. Unlike ...
NYT: The White Lotus creator Mike White was thrown under the tuk-tuk by the series' composer, who quit the show via media interview. Above, Mike responds to the weird situation, noting he felt Cristóbal Tapia de Veer would look at him like he was “a chimp or something.”
