@boyculturedotcom Dona Drake, biracial movie star who played Mexican, Native American (opposite Bette Davis in "Beyond the Forest") and eventually had a couple of roles in which her ethnicity was a nonissue, was born Nov. 15, 1914. Here, she meets Groucho Marx with her husband, fashion designer Travilla. She was 45, had been retired for years, but was still cookin'. (And Groucho slobbers over her.) She lived to be 74, dying in 1989. Travilla died the year after. #donadrake #grouchomarx #travilla #biracial #herstory #movies ♬ original sound - Matthew Rettenmund/BoyCulture
