Both Stacy Fawcett, known as Dallas's Favorite Foodie on TV, and her 17-year-old son Josiah Utu were stabbed to death by her 19-year-old son McCann Utu Jr., Extra reports. 

McCann Jr. called 911 to report his crime, and was found clinging to life—he'd stabbed himself after finishing off his family. He died in the hospital of his self-inflicted injuries.

Apparently, McCann Jr. had suffered a concussion playing basketball a few years ago, and is described as having been “off” ever since. His father, in a statement, linked the tragedy to his concussion and/or mental illness.
