Via ExtraTV: Jim Parsons, the star of The Big Bang Theory, has married his longtime partner Todd Spiewak after more than 14 years of togetherness.

The couple reportedly tied the knot Saturday evening in NYC at the Rainbow Room.

Parsons came out in 2012 after a New York Times profile referred to him as “gay and in a 10-year relationship.”

Along with being one of TV's highest-paid actors for his role on The Big Bang Theory (2006-2017), Parsons appeared on Broadway (2011) and in the film version of The Normal Heart (2014),  and played a racist sexist in 2016's break-out hit Hidden Figures.

I feel bad admitting this, but I didn't love Ryan Murphy's The Normal Heart. I think having seen the recent Broadway revival—which along with August: Osage County, is the best straight play I've ever seen—set the bar too high for the HBO version.

But while I was underwhelmed, there was much to admire. Let's get the negatives out of the way first:
