In What the Flip?, Grindr's new Web series, a white dude and an Asian dude swap Grindr profiles to see how what it feels like, girl.

For the first time in recent memory, Madonna has scored the full cover of People Magazine, for a story that focuses on her dedication to improving lives in Malawi and her complicated adoptions from the impoverished African nation.

In the piece, Madonna poses for portraits with David, 11, Mercy, 11, and her 5-year-old twins Estere and Stella.

Madonna, her brood in tow, appeared Tuesday at the opening of the Mercy James Institute for Pediatric Surgery in Malawi. The facility has 50 beds, and is named for her daughter, one of four children whom she adopted from the African nation.

Mama Madonna was beaming on the festival occasion, at which she was declared a daughter of the country by President Peter Mutharika.

Meanwhile, back in the States — and back in the day! — Madonna's longtime collaborator Patrick Leonard further teased fans by released a snippet of the instrumental track for their unheard demo “Angels with Dirty Faces”:
