Madonna, her brood in tow, appeared Tuesday at the opening of the Mercy James Institute for Pediatric Surgery in Malawi. The facility has 50 beds, and is named for her daughter, one of four children whom she adopted from the African nation.
Mama Madonna was beaming on the festival occasion, at which she was declared a daughter of the country by President Peter Mutharika.
