Sunday, Joe Biden issued a lengthy statement on the escalating violence in Kenosha and other spots, which Trump has relentlessly tried to call #BidenRiots — overlooking who has been in charge the past several years. In it, he condemned violence, challenging Trump to do the same. He will be making an appearance in Pennsylvania on Monday to ask Americans how safe they feel in Trump's America.

The best thing for protesters in Portland to do would be to stand down. A caravan of pro-Trumpers invaded their territory Saturday night, and they brought with them pepper spray and rubber bullets — and one person was shot dead.
Trump was awake early to tweet endlessly about the chaos ... caused at his own direction.
