Twinless was a really good movie!! It did not go in the direction I thought it would go but the tight script and slow burn was really well-done! Dylan O'Brien's acting was top-notch, especially for a straight actor in a gay role. FLAWLESS!
As for Peter North, he was hot all the way back in the day in those movies!
I think he's trying to show he's an ally. His, "You're not gay are you?" "... Not really." answer feels more like him being witty than saying he's bi. (Did you see that? On "Graham Norton.")
Honestly don't care about his sexuality. Why not just refuse to answer questions about his private life like most closeted gay/bisexuals do? I think Miriam Margolyes thought she was doing him a favor by outing him.

Alexander Skarsgård really isn’t bi,.--Hes been playing this is he, isn't he, yes, no, maybe game since he was on True Blood. is it gay baiting?

I'm just guessing, but I think in his mind, by saying "not really" instead of "no!" he's being subversive and supportive.
