MARCH 5, 2026
ATTITUDE: Attitude talks with Strapp Metal’s founders Lee Finnigan and Colton Long about their sexy new campaign.
VARIETY: Barbra Steisand is in talks to sing live at the Oscars in honor of her late The Way We Were co-star Robert Redford.

TWITTER: Brian C. McGinnis, a former Marine and current Green Party candidate for the Senate in North Carolina (boo — we don’t need votes siphoned by those guys there) was forcibly dragged from a Capitol Hill hearing for opposing the Iran War. It sure seems like his hand or arm was broken, and a sitting U.S. senator, Sen. Tim Sheehy a GOPer from Montana (of course) was a key part of the altercation.
POLITICO: Texas Rep. Tony Gonzales is now admitting he did have sex with that former staffer of his who took her own life.
NEW YORK TIMES: Trump plans to meddle in the Texas Senate race, saying he’ll choose between Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) and challenger Ken Paxton, Texas AG … and that he expects the non-anointed to immediately drop out.
POLITICO: Dems have regained all their ground with Latinos as per the Texas Senate race. Bellwether?
JOE.MY.GOD.: Senate rejects war powers resolution — in spite of Trump’s plummeting popularity, Senate Republicans are standin’ by their man.
PRE-ORDER: Jessie Ware’s video for “Ride” is here, co-starring sexy James Norton:
It’s off her her album Superbloom, out April 10 — pre-order here.
ADVOCATE: A transphobic teacher who refused to call kids by their preferred names (like, what’s the big deal?) sued and settled for $650,000 for his troubles. What a world. How very Indiana.
INSTAGRAM: I was happy to be invited to the NYC premiere of Romas Zabarauskas’s The Activist, a Lithuanian queer thriller about the murder of a closeted local politician as a conservative city prepares for its first-ever Pride march. I found it to be a complex reflection of the good and bad in the LGBTQ+ movement that also touched on white nationalist culture — and the unconscionable few whose experiences intersect both.
Robertas Petraitis as the victim’s surviving partner gives a Mona Lisa performance — depth behind a pretty face that allows us to wonder about his emotions — and there is a historically important and likable turn by out trans actor Simas Kuliešius. There are some broad strokes (a Pride flag as a weapon), but also some welcome humor, as when a Pride staffer apologizes on behalf of all lesbians, only to be told, “You’re bisexual.” Also, the film is impeccably made — wonderful production values that suggest the filmmaker, who with this completes a conceptual trilogy, has a bright future.
I will remind you closer in, but on May 12, it will launch on TLAvideo, Amazon, Vimeo, Dekkoo, Fandango, Google Play, and Apple TV via TLA Releasing in the U.S. and Canada.
The filmmaker’s before-and-after comments:
MR. MAN: Head over to Mr. Man — I get a small % of the subs, so it helps me — to see more. Here, they write up all the actors who’ve gone fully erect on film:
“Erections and cinema might not go hand in hand, but plenty of stars have gone all the way on camera, actually exposing their excited manhood for their craft. Craft plus shaft equals perfection! Below you can find real erect cocks in a wide range of different movies. We admit, some of these flicks are a hard watch.”
